Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to support our growing fine arts logistics and transportation company. This role is responsible for preparing and analyzing management accounts, with a strong focus on cost control, margin analysis, and delivering operational insights across our network. The ideal candidate is proactive, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities with 5 branches to produce management accounts for. While a CPA designation is not required, it is strongly preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Oversee management accounts for 5 branches on the West Coast, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policies. Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate general ledger entries. Completing month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and accrual reviews Partner with operations and regional managers to review P&Ls and highlight trends, risks, and opportunities across branches or business units Assist with local and state tax filings, including sales/use tax, business license renewals, and annual reports, and liaise with external advisors. Support with delivering ad hoc analysis to the Group and US Regional. Key Competencies

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA qualification preferred. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, with some experience within a multi-site environment. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Experience within logistics, service, and/or PE-backed businesses is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Some Experience in Public Accounting preferred Work Environment & Travel

This is a

hands-on hybrid role

involving travel as well as some time in the office. Travel within the US is expected.
