high-level CNC Machinists
to join our busy and highly skilled team at our
Admiral Facility , where we produce components for our fusion and fintube machines. This isn't your average machine shop job-our machinists work on complex, high-precision parts using some of the most advanced equipment in the industry.

Machines You'll Work On
1st shift - Doosan Puma Lathe
with heavy setup needs. Live tool lathe with tight tolerances, y-axis, and Fanuc control. Must have high inspection skills. 3rd shift - Doosan 2 Axis Lathe
with basic set up skills. Measuring skills are a must. 2nd shift - Mazak e1250 with 8 pallet Palletech, VTL style machine
with dedicated set up. 360 tool mag, EIA Programming. Inspection skills are a must. Large parts come off this machine so crane/rigging skills are a plus. What You'll Do
Set up, operate, and maintain multi-axis CNC machines with minimal supervision. Load and secure parts, fixtures, and tools accurately on machines. Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T specs, and machining instructions. Perform machine setups, including:
Loading fixtures and tools Selecting and loading the correct program Setting work coordinates and tool offsets Sizing in first article using measurement tools
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators to ensure parts meet strict specifications. Identify and select correct materials for each job. Troubleshoot operational and programming issues in real-time. Own your work center-maintaining high quality, speed, and organization. What We're Looking For
3+ years CNC machining experience, including multi-axis machines. Experience running HAAS vertical mills. Demonstrated ability to read and act on blueprints and part tolerances. Ability to meet assigned run times and respond quickly to changing demands. Proven track record of reliability and accountability. Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven attitude. Excellent attention to detail, with pride in craftsmanship. What You Get

Generally, 95% of the normal work shift requires standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while running production, inspecting work and machines and checking procedures.
Job requires moving of material and parts weighing up to 50 pounds. Lifting devices should be used when possible. Parts must be lifted, pulled, pushed, and held in place, sometimes without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.
