Job Description
Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes. Manage procurement of materials and resources required for construction projects. The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience working for a general contractor and leading projects worth over $10 Million Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. What's on Offer
