About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives within our
Supply Chain Management (SCM)
organization. The ideal candidate will excel at
process improvement, stakeholder management, and program delivery , with a proven ability to align technology and business goals across global teams.
This role requires a strong understanding of
end-to-end supply chain processes ,
portfolio governance , and
change management
within a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization:
Meet with business and functional leads to
map, document, and analyze
current-state processes, propose
future-state designs , and identify improvement opportunities based on
ROI (Cost vs. Benefit) . Business Case Development:
Build detailed business cases and present to leadership to secure
executive sponsorship and resources . Tool & Systems Assessment:
Evaluate tools and platforms across functions, recommend
consolidation or upgrades , and implement
governance standards . Business Analysis & Documentation:
Gather business requirements, create
functional design documents
and
user journeys , and collaborate with development teams for solution delivery. Testing & Enablement:
Support
UAT , develop
training materials , and create
end-user documentation . Metrics & Reporting:
Define KPIs, dashboards, and scorecards to
measure project success
and
monitor performance trends . Program & Portfolio Management:
Lead complex cross-functional projects; manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and
portfolio health reporting . Governance & Frameworks:
Develop
standardized templates, frameworks, and operating models
for consistency and scalability across teams. Change Management:
Deploy structured
change management and communication plans
to ensure smooth transitions and adoption. PMO Operations:
Handle PMO-related activities including
status reporting, portfolio tracking, and executive presentations . Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Business, Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science , or related field. 5+ years
of experience managing
complex, cross-functional programs . Strong understanding of
project, program, and portfolio management principles . Proven experience in
high-tech manufacturing or global operations . Excellent
analytical, communication, and stakeholder management
skills. Ability to
deliver large-scale initiatives
under pressure and ambiguity. Preferred Qualifications:
PMP
(Project Management Professional) Certification. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
or
Agile methodology
experience. Knowledge of
Six Sigma
and
DMAIC methodologies . Familiarity with
Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and SDLC frameworks . Prior experience in
management consulting (Big 4 preferred) . Exposure to
large, global technology environments .
