This company specializes in connecting buyers and sellers of ready-mix plants, batch plants, mixers, pumps, and related components. With a strong reputation and growing demand, they’re expanding their sales team to support continued growth.
Position Summary The Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales activity, qualify leads, and facilitate the sale of concrete equipment between contractors, producers, and suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building skills who enjoys consultative selling in a specialized, high-demand industry. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential buyers and sellers through inbound inquiries and proactive outreach. Qualify leads, assess equipment needs, and match opportunities from the company’s equipment listings. Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, plant operators, and equipment dealers. Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and coordinate details between both parties to close deals. Maintain accurate records of communication, listings, and transactions in the CRM. Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure accurate listings and timely updates. Stay informed on market trends, equipment types, and pricing to provide knowledgeable service. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity goals. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management (construction, heavy equipment, or industrial sales preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven success in managing multiple leads and closing sales in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning technical details about concrete and construction equipment. Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results.
