Medical Assistant – Empower Women's Health Across Hartford County!

What You'll Do:
Be the heartbeat of patient care—rooming patients, taking vitals, and supporting providers during visits.
Communicate with empathy and clarity when sharing test and lab results.
Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely medication refills and resolve patient questions.
Keep schedules running smoothly and records organized using modern EMR systems.
What We're Looking For:
Over 5 years of experience in a medical office setting as a Medical Assistant.
If you have less than 5 years, your experience must be specifically in Women's Health or OB/GYN.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Willingness to obtain CMA/RMA certification within 6 months.
A professional, polished demeanor—scrubs, closed-toed shoes, and a patient-first attitude are a must.
Your Work Environment:
Based out of our main office, with occasional travel to other locations in Hartford County when your provider is scheduled there (schedule provided in advance).
Standard hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, with one late evening per week until 6 PM (sometimes 7:30 PM).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
