Our ideal candidate will be a Personal Injury Trial Attorney, have excellent credentials, a passion for helping people, a litigation attorney, we would prefer someone with trial experience who has been a trail first chair. Core Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters, specifically motor vehicle accidents and products liability cases. Develop case strategy and find plausible solutions to legal matters. Attend hearings, depositions, and other court appearances. Stay informed about any current legislation. Building trustworthy relationships with clients and experts. Handle all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and pre-suit strategy to discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial. Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and advocate in mediation or arbitration. Lead trial preparation and serve as first or second chair at trial. Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling.
Experience: ***Applicants must live in California***
5-10 years of litigation experience with an emphasis on personal injury cases. Plaintiff Side Personal Injury experience with either Auto Accident, Trucking Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip & Fall, and Dog Bite cases. Experience with high volume mediations and settlements. Trial experience (first or second chair) strongly preferred. Exceptional oral advocacy, negotiation, and writing skills. Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures. Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently and effectively. Client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience conducting mediations, arbitrations, or settlement conferences. Plaintiff-side trial experience is a plus.
