Adecco is now hiring for a Floral Warehouse Associate position with our client in Vista, CA. Weekly pay starts at $16.50 per hour. Apply today and join a dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Pull flower buckets from the cooler/freezer for production needs

Assemble bouquets by selecting flowers and placing them onto the conveyor machine

Label, package, and prepare finished floral products for shipment

Move and organize flowers and materials throughout the production area

Assist with general cleaning, including sweeping/mopping floors

Maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:

No previous experience required – entry-level position

At least some familiarity with warehouse or production environments is a plus, but not required

Comfortable working in cold environments, including cooler and freezer areas

Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented attitude

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach frequently throughout the shift

Willingness to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday during peak seasons

Available Shift:

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Details:

$16.50 per hour
