Responsibilities for a Marketing Manager with Phoebe Allentown: Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with KPIs and business goals. Manage PR efforts and uphold brand standards across all platforms. Provide strategic marketing support to campuses through research and leadership collaboration. Oversee project timelines in Wrike and coordinate with vendors for advertising and outreach. Oversee content across web, social, blogs, email, and video with consistent brand voice and visuals. Write and pitch press releases; manage media relations across Phoebes CCRCs, Pharmacy, and Pathstones. Develop community programs to enhance brand visibility and outreach. Manage CRM systems for segmentation, automation, and lead scoring. Oversee website UX and performance; lead SEO/SEM strategy and paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, display). Use GA4, UTM tracking, Data Studio, and platform dashboards to measure performance. Deliver custom reports on leads, conversions, and attribution. Continuously test and optimize campaigns and content based on insights. Lead internal team and external vendors (designers, developers, media, print). Collaborate with sales, development, ops, and leadership to ensure integrated brand strategy. Guide creative planning, agile workflows, and content ideation.
Requirements for a Marketing Manager with Phoebe Allentown: The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers. Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred). 710 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a management role. Proficiency in: Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio; SEO tools (Moz, SEMrush, Ahrefs); CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact); Social media schedulers and ad platforms (Meta, Hootsuite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager); CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore); Graphic and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud preferred) Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
