Performance Marketing: Be the expert in paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn) by managing budgets, optimizing bids, and dramatically improving ROI/ROAS.
Content & SEO Authority: Direct the content team to ensure all assets (website, blog, video) are optimized for search engines, increasing organic traffic and domain authority.
Analytics & Reporting: Own all digital reporting. Use tools like Google Analytics 4 and HubSpot to track key KPIs, identify opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.
Tech Stack Master: Oversee the integrity and performance of our marketing automation (CRM) system, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and pipeline flow.

3+ years of hands‑on experience managing and scaling multi‑channel digital campaigns.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through targeted digital marketing efforts.
