The salary range for this position is $127,000 - $158,000 per year. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and San Francisco location. SUMMARY
The Senior Manager of Global Brand Marketing is responsible for owning, creating and executing innovative and cost effective 360 degree brand marketing strategies and plans for Fenty Hair, Body, and Fragrance. Serves as the key strategic lead and main Marketing lead to KENDO cross-channel partners, Sephora cross-channel partners, vendors and agencies. The Senior Manager will provide a global point of view on our go-to-market strategy, ensuring that all cross-functional teams take a cohesive approach towards building our brands.
With the goal of on-budget flawless execution, exceeding financial goals and managing the team to deliver day-to-day business objectives, this person must be passionate about the beauty industry and dream big, with excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Key to this role is understanding and communicating what is needed from each cross-functional team to deliver the best execution from external agencies & internal counterparts in Social, Influencer, Digital and Brand Management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
360 To-Market Strategy development, develop a global marketing strategy and roadmap, get stakeholder and localized team buy-in, and drive execution globally. Manage key agency relationships and timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of all key initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams including Brand Management, Media, Creative, and E-Commerce to establish business objectives that support business. Develop and execute an impactful ongoing Core campaigns that continue to resonate and beat growth expectations Own the ongoing Marketing Calendar across all key levers; communicate globally to ensure execution alignment across regions. Codify buyer personas, audience segmentation, and a full-funnel messaging matrix Create programs that drive customer loyalty and increase brand trust. Assess campaign performance and share business updates with Marketing leadership. Frequent in-depth market analysis to identify successful business drivers to influence go-to-market brief & strategy plan. Ad hoc basis, assess campaign and event performance versus plan, as well as ongoing performance of key franchises by channel at the category and product level Share insights and takeaways with Marketing leadership and cross-functionally and incorporate learnings into future campaign and event strategies. Brief Creative plans for each campaign for all consumer touchpoints. Work closely with Creative on the ongoing development of the campaign, overseeing it from conception to execution. REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of related business experience, beauty experience strongly preferred Passion for cosmetics/ beauty industry Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Must be an effective leader who can inspire teams around a shared goal Thrives in an environment that is extremely fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented, and flexibility is critical in order to be successful Ability to work and drive sound business decisions when dealing with ambiguity Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Able to effectively present to and advocate for ideas with senior management Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations groups, education, and creative Able to handle multiple priorities, and guide team to do the same, while meeting business objectives Ability to travel
