Patient Services Specialist 2.

WORK SCHEDULE

Mondays Fridays (100%FTE)

Days 8:30am- 5:00pm

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

UW Medicine Eastside Specialty Center

World-class services delivered by expert UW Medicine physicians and providers. We’re located conveniently near you and in North Bellevue, with easy access to I-405 and 520. We added more specialties for a growing Eastside community.

Services available at the Eastside Specialty Center:

Allergy and immunology

Audiology

Dermatology

Ear, nose & throat care

General surgery

Hepatology (liver)

Otolaryngology [ENT] - head and neck surgery

Physical therapy

Radiology and imaging

Rheumatology (connective tissue disease)

Urogynecology

Urology

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reception and discharge activities

Scheduling appointments

Coordinating care with other services

Checking-in patients

Providing initial triage

Coordinating referral process

Coordinating medical records

Obtaining and verifying registration information/insurance

Processing charge documents

Collection of time-of-service payments

Perform other necessary activities to maintain clinic operations

REQUIREMENTS

High School graduation or equivalent AND one year of experience in a health care setting

OR two years of general office experience

OR equivalent education/experience

Compensation, Benefits and Position Details

Pay Range Minimum:

$43,236.00 annual

Pay Range Maximum:

$59,976.00 annual
