Our client, a leading organization in the technology and cybersecurity industry, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 5 to join their team. This Technical Program Manager (TPM) role supports their External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) division, specifically the LENS (Law Enforcement & National Security), DSU (Digital Safety Unit), and CCP (Customer Compliance Program) teams. The focus is on coordinating cybersecurity and compliance initiatives across engineering teams. The TPM acts as a Scrum Master and program lead—ensuring compliance tasks are prioritized, tracked, and executed on schedule.

What's the Job?
Drive execution and coordination of cybersecurity compliance programs across multiple engineering teams.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint planning to ensure project progress and accountability.
Prioritize security backlogs, manage dependencies, and track milestones to ensure timely delivery of compliance initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to communicate progress, risks, and key metrics to leadership.
Collaborate with legal, technical, and policy teams to ensure audit-readiness and adherence to security frameworks such as NIST and ISO standards.
What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in technical program management within cybersecurity, compliance, or regulated environments.
Strong understanding of security controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks like NIST SP 800-53, NIST AI RMF, or ISO 27001.
Hands-on experience managing or supporting compliance programs and security backlogs.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task management and Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks.
