DevSecOps Engineer with Security Clearance

Insight Global is actively hiring multiple DevSecOps Engineers to join our team supporting a newly awarded DoD Program in Huntsville, AL. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN HUNTSVILLE, AL The selected candidate will work on a team designing, building and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with development, operations, and cybersecurity teams to embed security best practices in software development workflows and deploy and manage Docker containers and Kubernetes clusters in secure environments. Any experience in software development is a huge plus Required Qualifications: - Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, AL - Active Secret clearance - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field and 4+ years of DevOps experience - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) in secure environments. - Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). - Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. - Familiarity with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and DoD security services. - Knowledge of DISA STIGs, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity compliance frameworks. - Understanding software development practices and automation. Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this Program, so candidate salary may vary based on level of experience and expertise, as well as clearance. We expect to pay 160K - 175K for these candidates. Preferred Qualifications Certifications: Security+, CISSP, AWS Certified Security, CKS. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) in secure environments. Background in incident response and security monitoring for DoD systems.
