Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a BC or BE Anesthesiologist to join Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Temple, Texas. The position highlights include practicing general anesthesiology, to include neuro, OB, thoracic, and regional anesthesia. No cardiac or pediatric cases. Responsibilities
Practice general anesthesiology, including neuro, OB, thoracic, and regional anesthesia (no cardiac or pediatric cases). Teach as a faculty member with our academic affiliate, Baylor College of Medicine-Temple. Participate in teaching and academic opportunities with medical students, residents, and fellows. Join a large, established team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs, with nursing, anesthesia tech, and admin support in a mixed anesthesia care team/solo staffing model. Work schedule is Monday–Friday with a proportional share of weekend and evening call rotated among the group. Approximately 1 weekday call shift per month, with pre- and post-call days off. 1–2 weekend call shifts (12 hours) per month, with premium pay. Additional earnings opportunities for working after hours and weekends. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Temple is a 636-bed Level I trauma center and academic site for Baylor College of Medicine-Temple.
