About the Role We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations Director to build and scale our GTM infrastructure. This role will oversee everything from CRM management and forecasting to territory design, pipeline analysis, and performance reporting. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align strategy with execution and drive predictable, scalable growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, systems-savvy, and energized by building processes that enable teams to thrive.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Lead, develop, and scale our Revenue Operations function

Oversee/manage day to day operations such as CRM Management, forecasting, reporting/dashboarding, pipeline management, team and individual performance tracking

Oversee/manage strategic GTM initiatives such as ICP, compensation plans, territory mapping, quota setting, and CRM management

Partner with GTM stakeholders to develop, document, and enable an effective process that drive better performance

Establish the metrics, visibility, and insights related to understand the entire buyer/customer lifecycle, from lead generation through deal close and account development

Lead an opportunity analysis of performance to identify future roadblocks and present strategic recommendations to GTM leadership for decision-making and investment

Support cross-functional strategic initiatives and link strategy to operations by partnering with key business partners including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product

Steer all analyses and recurring reports/dashboards (e.g. KPI progress, pipeline analysis, board materials)

Own the systems/tech stack that fosters scalable revenue growth and data gathering throughout the GTM process

About You

8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company

Proven success building and scaling RevOps infrastructure including CRM optimization, forecasting, pipeline management, and GTM strategy execution

Strong command of sales technology systems and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives such as ICP refinement, compensation planning, territory design, and quota setting

Experienced in creating reporting frameworks and dashboards for board-level metrics, GTM KPIs, and full-funnel analysis

Comfortable working cross-functionally to align strategy with execution

Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive GTM performance

Effective communicator and leader capable of influencing executive stakeholders and enabling team-wide adoption of operational processes
