IT Sales Executive - Managed IT Services (Commercial Vertical)

Overview All Covered, a Konica Minolta Division, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Sales Executive. The position focuses on market‑based sales and business development of managed IT, cybersecurity, compliance, and consulting projects.
Responsibilities
Apply deep knowledge of All Covered services and sales methodology to complex ACC, project, and procurement opportunities.
Proactively prospect and target new business opportunities using cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and industry events.
Generate and qualify leads to maintain a robust pipeline.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored IT solutions.
Build and sustain strong client relationships for long‑term growth.
Collaborate with delivery, operations, and executive teams to ensure successful opportunity progression.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective prospecting and closing.
Partner with regional engineering and relationship management resources to surpass quota.
Cross‑sell IT Services to local Konica Minolta client bases.
Provide accurate insights into financial results and forecasts for strategic services.
Co‑create special programs with marketing and channel strategy teams for prospects and All Covered Care clients.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how All Covered services deliver customer value.
Stay current with technology services trends.
Key Performance Metrics:
Sales activities
Net New MRR appointments gained & attended
Proposals
Managed Services quota attainment
Project Services quota attainment
Client retention
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the Managed IT Services or IT Services industry.
5+ years of business development and prospecting experience, driving new logos and managing large quotas.
4‑year college degree or equivalent industry experience.
Proven ability to sell full IT solutions.
Computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Salesforce contact management.
