Our Urology Clinic proudly serves patients from across Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley. Our facilities feature modern operating room (OR) suites, advanced imaging, and robust inpatient and outpatient support teams. As part of our commitment to Lean-driven improvement, you will have a voice in shaping workflows, protocols, and policies that enhance both patient outcomes and provider satisfaction. What you'll do

Provide comprehensive urologic care, including inpatient consults, outpatient visits, and surgical procedures in both clinic and hospital settings. Treat patients in an unscheduled position with variable clinic days and perform a wide range of urological procedures. Perform operating room–based and in-clinic procedures, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Deliver follow-up outpatient care after inpatient consults and procedures. Participate in after-hours call coverage, including inpatient rounding and urgent urologic surgical interventions. Document patient care in an accurate, timely, and thorough manner. Submit billing activity daily to ensure efficient processing and reimbursement. Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain policies, protocols, order sets, and educational materials for the Urology Service. Build and maintain a strong referral network to expand access to urology services in the community. Required qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program. Completion of an accredited residency program in Urology. Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon (or ability to obtain). Current, unrestricted DEA certificate. Board Certification in Urology through the American Board of Urology, or eligibility with certification obtained within five years of residency/fellowship completion. Skilled in all aspects of urology procedures and surgeries. Additional information
