12-hour shifts; flexible assignments Setting:
Emergency preparedness and disaster response environments Deployment Locations: New Orleans Baton Rouge Alexandria Lake Charles Lafayette Thibodaux Hammond Monroe Bossier City Responsibilities: Advocating for patients and connecting them to community resources Providing counseling, crisis intervention, and emotional support Conducting intake, case management, and discharge planning Supporting patients with behavioral health, social service, and family needs Documenting patient care and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of Clinical experience in Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related fields Active, unencumbered Social Work license (LMSW, LCSW, or equivalent; Louisiana compliance may be required) Strong knowledge of case management and behavioral health practices Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to adapt to high-pressure and emergency environments Compassionate, patient-centered approach Desired Skills: BLS/CPR certification Prior experience in Emergency Response and/or Disaster Relief settings Additional specialty certifications in Behavioral Health and/or Crisis Intervention Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams
