Physical Therapist

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative, collaborative environment focused on helping clients move, feel, and perform their best. You’ll work closely with a team of health and fitness professionals in a setting that values communication, creativity, and client results.

Position Overview As a Physical Therapist at Nesfield Performance, you will deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to a diverse range of clients. You’ll provide one-on-one sessions, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with our massage, training, and nutrition teams to deliver integrated, whole-body wellness solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Care Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver manual therapy, dry needling, exercise prescriptions, and movement education Monitor progress, adjust programs, and document outcomes in our system Collaborate with our massage therapists, trainers, and nutrition coaches for integrated care Maintain strong communication and follow-up to ensure client success and satisfaction Team Collaboration Work closely with the physical therapy and wellness teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve services and outcomes Support and learn from senior staff and contribute to a positive team culture Community & Engagement Promote wellness education through client workshops and studio events Encourage referrals, reviews, and cross-service participation Contribute to client engagement initiatives, such as newsletters or social content

Minimum Qualifications Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Maryland Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (new grads with strong clinical background welcome to apply) Certified in Dry Needling (or willing to obtain certification) Skilled in manual therapy, corrective exercise, and client education CPR/First Aid Certified Strong interpersonal and communication skill Comfortable using digital tools and EHR platforms (Trainerize experience a plus)

Preferred Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in orthopedic or sports rehab settings Experience in private practice, wellness, or performance-based environments Additional certifications in sports, orthopedics, or women’s health Interest in collaborating across disciplines (training, massage, nutrition) Passion for helping clients live active, pain-free lives

Compensation & Opportunity Salary:
