Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive and mission-driven ABA organization. In this role, you will lead assessment and treatment planning while providing ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians. This position offers the opportunity to drive meaningful, measurable progress through both clinic and home-based services.
This is a
hybrid role , with on-site presence required
only for direct client services , observations, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Set and update goals based on direct observations and indirect assessment findings Analyze clinical data to inform timely program adjustments Conduct on-site observations to ensure treatment fidelity and provide coaching Model best-practice ABA strategies and train BTs/RBTs on new programs and protocols Supervise individuals working toward BCBA certification Prepare progress reports in accordance with organizational and funding standards Maintain accurate documentation following established guidelines Manage a structured and supportive caseload of approximately 7 clients
