The hospital operates across three dedicated suites in one plaza, including an ER, neurology and rehab center, and specialty building offering internal medicine, ophthalmology, anesthesia, and surgery. It’s equipped with advanced imaging and diagnostic tools — MRI, CT, digital radiography, ultrasound, IDEXX analyzers, and an in-house reference lab — allowing you to practice gold-standard emergency care with the full backing of a multidisciplinary team.
This is an ideal environment for ER veterinarians who enjoy variety, teamwork, and having access to specialty colleagues. The hospital welcomes experienced ER clinicians or internship-trained DVMs ready to manage independent cases and consult on emergencies. Mentorship and onboarding support are available to help DVMs of all career stages develop confidence and clinical independence.

About You DVM or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US You hold (or are eligible for) a licensure in
Massachusetts Internship-trained or experienced in emergency medicine Calm, decisive, and confident handling fast-paced or complex cases Enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, multi-specialty team
Benefits Competitive base salary 160k - 180k + production (up to 27%) Sign-on and relocation bonuses
