Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is hiring

Medical Assistants

and

Patient Service Assistants

for upcoming roles with healthcare providers across Baltimore. These positions offer flexibility and long-term potential, with schedules aligning to standard doctor's office hours.

Responsibilities

Medical Assistant Support patient intake, vitals, and basic clinical procedures Assist providers during exams and treatments Administer injections, EKGs, and specimen collection as needed Maintain accurate medical documentation Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols Front Office (Patient Service Assistant) Greet patients and manage check-in/out processes Verify insurance, update patient records, and schedule appointments Handle billing questions and process payments Provide excellent customer service in a healthcare setting Protect patient confidentiality and ensure data accuracy

Requirements

Medical Assistant:

Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred but not required Front Office:

Prior healthcare admin or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to travel within Baltimore
