Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid – 80% Remote, 20% Onsite)
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will support the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) by ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of behavior plan documentation and data systems. This role involves administrative support across multiple teams to maintain compliance and improve workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Redact behavior plans to remove all sensitive and private health information for annual reviews.
- Update behavior plan-related data fields in the DDD’s central database system used by Support Coordination.
- Upload approved behavior plan packets into member electronic files and write progress notes as documentation receipts.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience using database systems, computer‑based applications, and performing clerical data entry.
- Experience working in a team environment writing correspondence and status communications.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assisting special projects and collaborating across functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow established work standards, and maintain confidentiality per DDD guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify issues, seek support, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
