Job Description

The Data Analyst will lead end‑to‑end data analysis on projects, partnering with senior data scientists, business owners, database developers, and strategy teams to craft comprehensive analyses. The role requires reporting on performance, producing insights and actionable recommendations, and collaborating across the organization to deliver meaningful data‑driven value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end data analysis on assigned projects
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business objectives and data requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
  • Build and maintain statistical data models and metric reports that deliver business value
  • Analyze data quality issues, collaborate with owners to resolve and prevent them
  • Seek opportunities to improve data collection, delivery methods, and processes
  • Communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations
  • Apply A/B testing, audience segmentation, and content targeting techniques to support decision making
  • Manage time effectively in a complex, fast‑moving environment
  • Adhere to customer‑centric principles, building strong relationships and incorporating customer viewpoints into solutions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis or related field (Specialist level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data modeling
  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform or similar cloud services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑starter, quick learner, and ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
