We are seeking a poised and detail‑oriented Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Swift 7 Consultants. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners, setting the tone for a professional and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, courteous, and professional demeanor
- Answer screen and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting‑room logistics
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence including mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring smooth daily operations
