Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and benefits administration
• Experience managing Carta or similar equity management platforms
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
