Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Personal & Executive Assistant for a very busy attorney to manage both professional and personal priorities. This is a primarily onsite role, supporting the executive in both their office and private residence, so candidates should live within a reasonable distance of the Mill Valley & Greenbrae area and be comfortable with in-person work and some travel as needed.
This is a fast-moving, high-trust position for someone who thrives in intense fast-moving environments, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys bringing structure to a busy and ever-changing schedule. The right person will seamlessly switch between professional executive support and personal assistance, be a gatekeeper and ultra protective of their executive and their time. With everything from managing a complex calendar to overseeing personal errands, household logistics, and events and managing these seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive’s professional and personal calendars and schedules
- Anticipate conflicts and resolve them proactively
- Join meetings, capture notes, and track follow-ups as needed
- Manage inbox and task tracking
- Coordinate travel, appointments, and logistics
- Handle personal, household related tasks as needed
- Manage personal events and scheduling
- Stay several steps ahead by anticipating needs and acting with urgency
- Support both home and office operations to ensure smooth daily flow
Qualifications
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Discreet, trustworthy, and professional
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
- 4+ years in an administrative, personal, or executive support role
- Able to juggle multiple priorities and operate independently and autonomously
- Comfortable with direct, fast-paced communication and shifting priorities
- Extremely flexible and open to travel and extended or irregular hours as needed
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
