Base Pay Range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

The Accounting Manager oversees daily accounting operations and financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and GAAP. This role ensures accurate and timely closings, supports process improvement initiatives, and provides leadership and development to accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities and monthly/quarterly closings.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements.
• Support treasury, AP, and internal control initiatives.
• Implement process improvements and technology to enhance efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.
• Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to leadership.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting.
• Prior commercial property experience.
• Corporate accounting experience.
• Prior fund accounting knowledge.
• CPA preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
