Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our Accounting and Finance team on-site. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of accounting experience, with a strong background in General Ledger and financial reporting. In this role, you will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and contribute to a variety of initiatives that support the Accounting and Finance department, while also providing cross-functional support to other teams within the organization.
Base Pay Range
$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Analyzing complex financial reports, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing financial statements.
- Managing fixed assets and other key accounting functions.
- Filing periodic tax returns (Sales and Use, Parking, Unsecured Property).
- Assisting with NFL reporting requirements.
- Supervising Accounts Payable staff to ensure accurate expense recording, disbursements, and compliance with annual reporting requirements.
- Providing documentation and support for internal and external audits.
- Evaluating, documenting, and improving internal controls and accounting processes.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA license preferred.
- 7+ years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, JD Edwards) and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience with monthly close processes, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
