Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$22 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Worker to manage all aspects of incoming and outgoing shipments. This full-time role involves preparing, packaging, and shipping products using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers, as well as receiving deliveries, maintaining inventory, and purchasing supplies for various departments.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process orders for shipment, including required documentation
Pick, pack, and ship products using UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers
Receive deliveries and distribute items to appropriate departments
Enter and maintain shipping information in carrier systems
Palletize and prepare large shipments for freight forwarding
Order and manage inventory of shipping supplies (boxes, labels, packing materials)
Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, freight companies, and delivery personnel
Maintain accurate shipping and receiving inventory records
Keep the shipping/receiving area clean and organized
Work with production to prepare and test parts prior to shipment
Purchase materials and supplies to support all departments
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to lift, move, and palletize shipments
Prior shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or freight carrier systems is a plus
