We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established private practice in Niceville, Florida.
Youll work alongside an experienced pediatrician and dedicated clinical support team in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values both quality care and work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients newborn through 21 years of age, including both preventive and acute care.
- Manage a wide range of common pediatric conditions from routine wellness and preventative care to more complex medical and behavioral health needs.
- Provide continuity of care for children and adolescents with ADHD, autism, anxiety, and depression, in collaboration with families and local resources.
- Perform standard pediatric procedures including immunizations, minor procedures, and basic lab testing (no suturing required).
Schedule & Work-Life Balance:
- Flexible full-time schedule, Monday Friday, with a half or full day off each week.
- Minimal call responsibilities an after-hours nurse line handles most patient needs.

Qualifications:
- Active Florida license and board certification required.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
- Compassionate, team-oriented professional who enjoys building long-term relationships with patients and families.
