Senior Engagement
to lead, build and grow strategic enterprise relationships in the Oil and Gas Industry. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven executive with a proven track record of expanding complex accounts and navigating global delivery models in collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Account Leadership:
Own and manage multiple large enterprise accounts, acting as the primary executive interface. Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute account expansion strategies, including upselling, cross-selling, and solution innovation. Client Engagement:
Build trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders across business and technology functions. Delivery Oversight:
Partner with global delivery teams, system integrators and OEMs to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction. Industry Expertise:
Leverage deep domain knowledge in Oil and Gas industries to identify opportunities and shape client transformation agendas. Commercial Management:
Drive revenue growth, renewals, and profitability through strategic planning and execution. Governance & Reporting:
Lead quarterly business reviews, executive steering committees, and performance reporting. Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience:
10+ years in client-facing roles managing large enterprise accounts, preferably in Oil and Gas Industries with prior experience handling / managing Delivery of projects / Delivery teams. Location:
Based in or willing to relocate to the
Dallas, TX area . Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of compliance, risk, and operational challenges in Financial Services, Insurance, Life Sciences, or Healthcare. Partnerships:
Experience working with
large system integrators
and growing business revenues in
global models . Track Record:
Demonstrated success in
expanding enterprise accounts , driving multi-million dollar growth. Skills:
Strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications
