Propulsion Engineer, Project Integration Manager (Experienced or Senior)

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a Propulsion Engineer, Project Integration Manager (Experienced or Senior) to join our Widebody Propulsion team based in Everett, WA. As a Propulsion Engineer, Project Integration Manager (PIM), you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects to success. You will work with certification, production, and engineering processes, manage external organizations including suppliers, fabrication, and manufacturing, and communicate complex ideas through presentations to engineering and program leadership. The team is hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level Propulsion Engineer, Project Integration Managers. Position Responsibilities

Manage complex engineering projects with diverse stakeholders, identify risks, issues, and solutions. Develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements. Communicate and report across management, supporting teams, suppliers, and government agencies. Create schedules, reports, metrics, and manage change activity, updating plans throughout the lifecycle of the program or project. Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion. Work under general direction. Basic Qualifications (Required)

Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited program. 3+ years of experience in systems engineering and systems integration. 3+ years of experience in project management in a technical field. Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of propulsion engineering experience, including engine commodity and fuel systems. Experience in change management, Part 25 certification, and flight testing. Experience working with suppliers. Proficiency in Microsoft Projects. Additional Information

Pay & Benefits: Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation, and a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid/unpaid time away. Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and market considerations. Summary Pay Range (Experienced): $114,750 – $155,250. Summary Pay Range (Senior): $138,550 – $187,450. A "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Required. Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
