We are seeking a highly driven team player to join our Power and Energy Transition team to help power the global quality of life.

Responsibilities As a Segment Director/Advisor, you will collaborate with product development, sales, customer success, and marketing to strategically lead go-to-market motions, strategic messaging, and client relationships. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on the Power and Energy Transition business segment to leadership.

Lead client-first discovery and go-to-market motions for new products and upgrades to ensure successful launches that address the needs of all stakeholders across product development, sales, customer success, marketing, and other functional groups.

Track and report on the segment’s performance at different granularities to analyze and optimize the efficacy of product and messaging.

Maintain current knowledge of power and energy transition markets and articulate opportunities and risks, particularly as they relate to Enverus’ solutions for utilities.

Attend client meetings and conferences to demonstrate Enverus’ thought leadership and to understand value-added workflows for the segment.

Engage with clients and prospects by speaking at conferences, hosting webinars, and writing blogs to highlight Enverus’ solutions and research pertinent to the segment and its cohorts.

Qualifications / Competitive Candidate Profile

Degree(s) in engineering, economics, or related disciplines. 10+ years of experience in power utilities. An extensive network in the utilities space. Product development, customer success, or marketing experience is a plus.

Proven ability to analyze and concisely articulate complex ideas through writing and verbal presentations to a wide range of audiences including senior leadership.

Can-do attitude with a deep sense of curiosity.

Strong understanding of energy market dynamics, pricing mechanisms, and regulatory environments.

Proven leadership capabilities that enhance cross-departmental collaboration and team performance and development.
