About the Role We are seeking a

hands-on B2B Marketing Analyst

to own marketing data operations, insights, and reporting. This role focuses on

managing marketing data pipelines, building dashboards, and generating actionable insights

to support B2B marketing strategy and campaign performance.

The ideal candidate thrives in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment , can operate independently, and communicates effectively across teams to translate complex data into clear insights.

Responsibilities

Data Foundation & Operations

Manage and maintain marketing data pipelines from multiple sources including

advertising platforms, CRM systems, web analytics, Salesforce, Clay, HubSpot, Marketo , etc.

Implement

data quality monitoring

and validation processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of datasets.

Troubleshoot data discrepancies and work with vendors/internal teams to resolve integration issues.

Support B2B marketing reporting by creating dashboards in

Hex or LookML

(leaning toward LookML).

Support marketing campaign analysis by preparing clean, structured datasets and validating data.

Facilitate metrics for campaign reporting,

PPP , and leadership dashboards.

Build scalable data visualizations and tools to enable self-serve access for stakeholders.

Insights & Strategy

Help define

B2B marketing metrics , including north star metrics, and tie insights to day-to-day actions.

Slice, dice, and interpret data to provide actionable recommendations for marketing campaigns.

Support strategic planning and connect metrics to overall marketing objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience

in Marketing Data Operations, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics focused on B2B marketing.

Strong

SQL skills

and experience working with large datasets/data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).

Hands-on experience with marketing data sources including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and digital advertising platforms.

Proficient in

dashboarding/visualization tools

with Hex and LookML.

Portfolio or examples demonstrating

data pipeline implementations and marketing analytics projects .

Strong strategic thinking and ability to

translate data into actionable marketing insights .

Exceptional attention to detail and

project management skills

for managing multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with

ETL/data pipeline tools

(dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or similar).

Experience building

data and measurement foundations

for 0-1 stage companies.
