Direct the process: manage the day-to-day responsibilities of several research projects from start to finish, help frame objectives, develop research design and sampling plans, create research instruments (surveys, discussion guides, screeners), analyze results and create final client deliverables. Make research happen: find operational efficiencies and drive them forward. Collaborate with your team to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and on strategy for the client. Maintain process momentum under pressure. Show our clients the love: develop an understanding of clients’ business issues and industries. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through teamwork. Become a trusted advisor by understanding their big picture strategy and day-to-day needs. What Success In This Role Looks Like

As a Director you are collaborative by nature, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You will manage global qualitative and quantitative research projects and help clients solve business problems by leveraging multiple research methodologies. As a leader, you will build team capabilities and create client loyalty and respect. You will work with senior team leaders to ensure project accuracy and on-schedule delivery. Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills Superior organizational skills, including ability to manage and delegate work, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy Balance of attention to detail with awareness of bigger objectives Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage workload of direct reports Strong team leadership skills with mentoring or managing experience Ability to align project resources effectively Strong analytic skills and research consulting aptitude Strategic thinking about clients’ business and opportunities to grow Ipsos Self-motivated, capable of meeting tight deadlines Strong client relationships Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal/presentation skills Minimum of 5+ years of research experience; ideally at least 3 years on the supplier side If you do not meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply. In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education, and/or certifications.
