Job Description
Director, Brand Health Tracking at Ipsos in the United States.
Lead research projects and client relationships to support business insights and growth.
What you can expect to be doing
Direct the process: manage day‑to‑day responsibilities of several research projects, frame objectives, develop research design and sampling plans, create research instruments (surveys, discussion guides, screeners), analyze results, and deliver client deliverables.
Make research happen: find operational efficiencies, drive them forward, collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and align with client strategy.
Show our clients the love: understand client business issues and industries, maintain and strengthen relationships, become a trusted advisor by supporting strategy and day‑to‑day needs.
Success in this role looks like
Collaborative with eagle‑eye attention to detail and brilliant organizational skills; trusted partner to leading technology and media companies, managing global qualitative and quantitative research projects and solving business problems.
Build team talent, client loyalty and respect; work closely with senior leaders to ensure accuracy, keep projects on schedule, share creative and analytical skills with team members.
Qualifications
Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills.
Superior organizational skills, ability to manage and delegate work effectively, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Balance attention to detail with a view to the bigger picture and overall objectives.
Ability to oversee multiple projects and manage workload of direct reports.
Strong team leadership skills; experience in mentoring and/or managing others.
Creative alignment of project resources inside or outside the immediate team.
Strong aptitude for research consulting with highly developed analytic skills.
Strategic thinking in terms of clients’ business and opportunities for Ipsos growth.
Highly motivated, self‑directed, driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines.
Strong client relationship skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 5+ years of research experience; ideally 3+ years on the supplier side.

Clients have their own sales data; we provide brand affinity data to understand how people feel about the brand and its competitors longitudinally.
