Requirements
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law, particularly representing plaintiffs.
Skills: Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Licensure: Admission to the bar in Illinois.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
