The Digital Platforms team is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard’s strategic partnerships with key players across the digital payments ecosystem. We enable the biggest names in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and to deliver them at scale – solving real world problems for our partners and their customers.
Responsibilities
Be a key team member responsible for one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading technology companies.
Lead the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders.
Help drive Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services.
Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess impact of these potential opportunities.
Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
Help represent your customers’ and the market perspective internally at Mastercard.
Lead all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams.

You have a passion for understanding how products, tools and solutions work. While you might not be an engineer, you’re endlessly curious about how solutions function.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Experience in deal development and the ability to manage and lead a deal process end-to-end.
Strong executive-level communication skills.
Data-driven, strategic thinker with financial acumen; curious to deep dive on complex topics and unstructured problems to deliver creative solutions.
Broad knowledge of the payments industry and awareness of latest trends in digital payments, crypto/blockchain, gaming/metaverse, and open banking.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
Compensation and Benefits In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary based on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full-time employees generally include: medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance; flexible spending accounts and health savings accounts; paid leaves; paid time off; 401k with company match; and additional wellness and reimbursement programs.
