Hybrid Role CSEngineering is hiring a Proposal Manager to join our growing team and support various DOD/DHS/Federal government solicitation responses. This position will be responsible for coordinating the CSE proposal process, schedule, and production logistics. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Lead the proposal process for RFI/RFQ/RFP responses by coordinating, facilitating, writing, and producing compliant, responsive proposals in alignment with the company\'s Proposal Process SOPs and specific contract vehicles. Collaborate with subject matter experts and team members to develop compliant, persuasive proposals in response to Federal Government solicitations (RFP, RFI, RFQ). Specific Duties Include
Develop RFI and RFP response templates that are compliant with government evaluation factors. Convene and manage proposal kick-off meetings; consolidate writing assignments and develop review documents (pink, red, and gold team). Conduct review sessions, track all comments, and coordinate with writers to address them. Coordinate/Facilitate color reviews. Analyze the RFP and develop win themes for the proposal. Lead development of technical, management, resume, and past performance sections and volumes, emphasizing past performance. Provide direction and oversight to supporting writers. Work as part of a collaborative team to articulate solutions, strategy, approach, experience, win themes, and discriminators. Gather essential information from internal and external personnel to support writing efforts using effective communication and interviewing skills. Write clear, persuasive proposal sections; translate complex ideas into understandable text. Develop and implement process improvements to improve proposal quality. Coordinate with Graphics Artist to finalize appealing graphics. Develop reusable corporate proposal templates using MS Word. Required Skills And Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in proposal management for competitive bids. More than five years of experience with collaboration software, including Microsoft Teams. Associate degree minimum; Bachelor\'s degree preferred. Self-starter capable of identifying challenges, addressing issues, and proactively implementing solutions with limited supervision in a global matrix environment. Experience in Federal Government Contracting (GovCon) in a proposal coordinator or Proposal Manager role. Experience with SharePoint Navigation. Experience conducting Proposal Kickoff Meetings, working past performance and corporate experience volumes, and developing written content from materials provided by technical subject matter experts. Ability to outline proposals and review drafts for compliance with government requirements. Significant experience with desktop publishing tools such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Publisher. U.S. Citizenship required. Location
