Overview The Manager, Contract Strategy & Analytics will lead all aspects of the Contract Pricing Committee and the Dispute Resolutions Committee processes. The CPC and DRC ensure programs comply with the Guidance Document throughout the contracting continuum: Strategy Development, Offer Development, and Contract Management. The position will also conduct a comprehensive review of existing processes to identify gaps, propose and implement efficiencies and solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the CPC and DRC process, including scheduling, facilitation, and administration of the standing committees. Provide support to the SCG team as Gatekeeper of these committees.

Work directly with business partners to provide guidance on activities across various functions within the SCG, including review of oversight and monitoring reports and other business activities, as necessary.

Work with ECM and SCG business partners to ensure that the PIER module reflects the entirety and updated status of customer disputes.

Continuously seek out and implement improvements to ensure the process is efficient, meets the needs of the business, and mitigates risk with commercial contract activity.

Ensure pricing and contracting strategies and fee-for-service arrangements with commercially contracted customers are compliant with guidance documents and HCC policies.

Be the single point of contact for all CPC transactions.

Manage all audit requests by providing records and documentation as necessary.

Be responsible for the ongoing management and maintenance of all CPC & DRC SOPs, training materials, analytics, training, and technology solutions related to these processes and documentation according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Lead ad hoc and special projects on behalf of CS&A, as necessary.

Qualifications

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s or higher degree is preferred.

A minimum of 6 years of relevant business experience is required.

Previous experience in a related compliance function (e.g., Regulatory, Quality, Finance, HCC, or other highly regulated field) is preferred.

Knowledge of managed markets, acute care and specialty channels is strongly preferred.

Pharmaceutical business experience is strongly preferred.

Previous experience leading projects/project management and guiding peers is strongly preferred.

Excellent analytical, business acumen, organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge and experience in the application of web-based reporting tools.

Ability to influence and present to all levels of leadership.

Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and partner with cross‑functional teams and all levels of the organization is required.

The ability to identify and analyze situations, opportunities, and problems required. This includes the ability to initiate appropriate actions and solutions to maximize business effectiveness.

Ideal candidate must be innovative, proactive and self‑motivated to seek out opportunities to develop new and innovative solutions.

Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time to domestic destinations.

Compensation The anticipated base pay range for this position is $102,000 to $177,100. The company maintains highly competitive, performance‑based compensation programs. This position is eligible for an annual performance bonus and a long‑term incentive program.
