Overview Base pay range: $90,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr. Walmart Data Ventures exists to unlock the full value of Walmart’s data by developing and productizing B2B data initiatives that empower merchants and suppliers to make better, faster decisions for the business. As part of this transformation, we’re seeking entrepreneurial individuals to help drive data productization from concept to deployment.
What you’ll do
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others. Supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs and builds commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Create software design and architecture for next software solution. Communicate ideas with the rest of the team. Evaluate multiple solutions.
Analyze competing requirements and articulate tradeoffs; lead discussions with the business and development teams, including whiteboard sessions.
Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; develop and communicate business plans and priorities, remove barriers, and support continuous learning.
Create training documentation and oversee tasks of less experienced programmers and provide system troubleshooting support.
