Role Overview As a floor manager, you support the brand leader and store manager in managing and motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will lead the floor, coaching stylists, ensuring smooth operations, and providing outstanding in‑store and online service. Your role also involves responding to first‑line customer enquiries via our online customer service system.
Key Responsibilities
Spend most of your day on the shop floor, trading with stylist teams and ensuring all processes run smoothly.
Provide leadership and support for stylist team members handling first‑line customer queries across email, chat, and calls.
Partner with specialist customer experience leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online support.
Act as an ambassador for all products, inspiring both in‑store and online customers.
Maintain product presentation, ensuring best‑sellers are prominently displayed.
Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, team deployment, and coaching.
Work with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
Handle people matters such as performance management and review processes.
Create and implement floor plans, rotas, and other operational tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Enthusiastic about fashion and a strong brand ambassador.
Tenacious, goal‑oriented, and capable of inspiring a team.
In‑depth knowledge of the store, its customers and reporting technologies.
Comfortable learning new systems and digital processes.
Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and aligned with brand values.
Commitment to customer, profit, product, and team health & safety.
Strong leadership presence that motivates others.
Compensation $19.50 – $20.60 per hour, plus monthly commission (exact compensation varies by experience and location).
Location Miami Brickell, Florida.
