Insight Communications We are looking for a high-caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITSM Pro Technical Consultant to deliver advanced ServiceNow solutions for clients. Successful candidates will have a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM Pro Plus implementation, business process analysis, and technical consulting. Efforts will include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and enablement. The consultant must have deep experience in ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Workflow Data Fabric, and Performance Analytics.

Responsibilities

Deliver advanced ServiceNow ITSM Pro solutions for clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, documentation, and enablement.

Engage in business process analysis and stakeholder engagement to drive effective implementations.

Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and dashboards; work with Workflow Data Fabric and Performance Analytics.

Utilize Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development.

Collaborate with teams to ensure solution quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

ServiceNow Certifications:

Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS–ITSM)

ITSM Professional Suite Certification (includes micro-certifications):

Platform Analytics

Predictive Intelligence

Virtual Agent

Now Assist Implementer Course (for ITSM Pro Plus AI capabilities)

5+ years of experience with:

ServiceNow platform configuration and customization

Agile delivery methodologies and sprint-based development

Business process analysis and stakeholder engagement

Designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows and dashboards

Strong understanding of: Workflow Data Fabric, Microsoft Teams integration, self-service enablement and Virtual Agent design, Predictive Intelligence model training and tuning

Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain credibility as a ServiceNow expert

Desired Skills

Experience with: Service Operations Workspace

AI Search and Knowledge Management

ITOM, SPM, and ITAM modules

Leading workshops, conducting training, and producing enablement materials

Background in enterprise IT environments and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
