HVAC manufacturing , operating for over 50 years, is seeking a
Director of Operations – USA .
This is a pivotal executive role within a
multi-billion-dollar technology organization , responsible for leading and optimizing operations across multiple U.S. manufacturing facilities.
You will drive
operational excellence ,
continuous improvement , and
financial performance , while serving as a key strategic partner to the global operations leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Excellence
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple U.S. sites, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are consistently achieved.
Inspire and develop site leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate efficiency and performance.
Strategic & Financial Management
Own the P&L for all U.S. operations, ensuring achievement of financial and operational targets.
Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the company’s global growth agenda.
Lead capital investment (CapEx) planning and execution to support expansion, modernization, and operational excellence.
Partner with global operations leaders to align strategies, share best practices, and harmonize standards across the global manufacturing network.
Lead or support cross-functional global initiatives with measurable impact on performance and capability.
Compliance & Sustainability
Ensure full compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and sustainability objectives.
Promote world-class Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) practices across all operations.
Proven senior leadership experience in
manufacturing operations .
HVAC / AHU industry background
strongly preferred.
Engineering mindset with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Experienced liaison between corporate and manufacturing environments.
Demonstrated success building and developing high-performing teams.
Strong data literacy and experience using reporting tools (e.g.,
Power BI ) to drive insight and improvement.
Expertise in
VAVE, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement .
Skilled at leading cross-functional and international teams within complex, fast-paced organizations.
