Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial analysis, metric tracking, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis. Qualifications
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (MBA and/or CPA preferred) 3-6+ years of relevant experience Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and financial reporting Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, ROI analysis, variance analysis, and KPI tracking This role is best suited for someone with a track record of using technology to drive efficiencies and automate processes. Superior systems acumen is essential, including proficiency with SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel modeling, and other planning tools. Track record of job stability and career progression required for consideration. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
