About the Role

We are seeking a

Senior Financial Analyst

to join a fast‑paced, private equity‑backed organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong FP&A experience, excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. The position involves preparing board‑level presentations, managing forecasts, and supporting strategic decision‑making. Expect a high‑growth environment with quick turnarounds and an average workload of 50+ hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

Track and analyze weekly bookings data; provide pipeline updates to senior management.

Lead monthly bookings forecast process, collaborating with client partners and executives.

Manage revenue forecast and understand sales timing and its impact on revenue recognition.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements (Actuals/Budget/Forecast), including variance analysis and footnotes.

Support monthly close processes as needed, including revenue recognition.

Review and publish internal reporting packages; ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.

Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and reporting for management.

Assist with annual budget process and development of KPIs for tracking initiatives.

Prepare board presentations and quarterly performance reports.

Develop dashboards and reporting in FP&A tools (e.g., Datarails).

Collaborate with private equity partners, providing data and analysis as requested.

Serve as backup to FP&A leadership to ensure business continuity.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, professional formatting).

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts.

Prior experience with bookings forecasting preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Salesforce, FP&A tools (e.g., Datarails), and ERP systems (e.g., FinancialForce/Certinia).

Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.

Exposure to private equity‑backed environments.
