Position Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist role at Sam's Club. Location: Santa Fe, NM. Employment type: Part-time. Seniority level: Mid-Senior level. Job function: Health Care Provider. Industry: Retail.

What you'll do

Provide comprehensive patient care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, counseling members regarding health care and medication needs, and maintaining confidentiality of information and required documentation for controlled substances.

Drive pharmacy and OTC sales and profit through effective merchandising, accurate and competitive pricing, proper signing, in-stock and inventory management, budgeting and forecasting, and cross-functional relationship building.

Model and guide Associates on member service approaches to ensure needs and issues are resolved within Company guidelines and standards.

Oversee community outreach programs and encourage Associates to participate as good members of the community.

Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and regulations; analyze reports; implement and monitor loss prevention and safety controls; oversee safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews; and develop action plans.

Provide supervision and development opportunities for Associates through training, mentoring, assigning duties, giving performance feedback, recognizing contributions, and fostering a culture of belonging.

Maintain confidentiality of information, documentation, and records as required by Company policies and applicable laws.

Promote a culture of belonging and collaborate to build high-performing teams; communicate with energy and positivity to motivate and influence others.

Attract and retain top talent, empower and develop staff, and recognize contributions and accomplishments.

Act with integrity by upholding high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting Walmart’s values, and fostering a positive impact for associates, customers, and the community.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 - $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. For certain positions, additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) based on location.

BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).

Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program (e.g., APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
