Maintains a safe, clean working environment in accordance with unit safety and infection control requirements. Performs patient assessments and develops, implements and evaluates the effectiveness of interdisciplinary plans of care for patients with various diagnoses. Maintains professional standards of conduct and ethics; provides education to patients, families, caregivers and other health professionals. Assists in the supervision of other staff members, students and volunteers as appropriate. Demonstrates awareness and sensitivity to patients\' and caregivers\' rights as identified within the institution. Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) / Transitional Experience Acute Care / Hospital experience as a Registered Nurse, preferred Current chemotherapy experience, preferred Licenses

Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License, required Certifications

Current BLS required upon hire; American Heart Association Healthcare Provider ONS chemotherapy & biotherapy provider, required within 6 months of hire or transfer Additional requirements

Each new hire candidate must pass a physical evaluation, urine drug screen and pre-employment background checks before starting work. Salary/Hourly Wage range based on experience.
